I booked a babysitter that didn't care for my kids at all. Came home to my kids and they asked me for food, said they were hungry. They said the babysitter didn't even play with them at all and just watched tv while on her phone. So unprofessional. Will never use this agency again.

Excellent services! We don't have either of our family in town so we have used Rockabye for date nights and events. The providers are all experienced and vetted, they also give us updates throughout the night. We would highly recommend this service.

My children loved the nanny they had! They enjoyed the activities art and crafts as well. Rockabye provides amazing service with friendly professional nannies I am so glad I found them. Can't wait to use their services again!

Emma watched our 2 and 5 years olds for two evenings at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary. She was friendly, brought a bag of toys, and the kids enjoyed her. No crying when we left and they were both fast asleep when we returned. Thank you Emma for taking great care of our children so we could celebrate my birthday and relax after a week in Banff and Jasper National Parks.

I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to in order to review .They took the booking and pulled a no show and had to take kids as no notice from them.DO NOT USE THEM

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I booked online and got email confirmations too. But it was a no show...called their number, went to voicemail. So be prepared for no show if you book with them.

Emma and her team of nannies have been working for my family for years, they always do a fabulous job , we book them almost every weekend, there convenient and trustworthy which is just what we need in our babysitter. We love having Emma over but the other nannies Sharon and Roxanna are just fab to! When Emma asked if we could do a review we realized we should have done this years ago , 5 stars to Rockabye, Thanks for all the support.

Rockabye have been babysitting for me and my family for 3 1/2 years they come out pre booked and plenty of last minute and urgent requests. We’ve seen many of the nannies and our favourites are Emma , Sharon. What we like about the company is the pre vetted nannies that they send. I never have to worry when booking with them because they were originally recommended by a big hotel downtown.
